4. Doing crunches daily results in six-pack abs.
If you’ve been doing crunches for months now, you probably found out that crunching your way to six-pack abs is one of the biggest fitness myths you’ll hear in your gym. Six pack abs is actually a combined result of interval training, utilizing carbs effectively, good sleep, low-stress levels, and the right training routines. So, try sticking to this program for getting six-pack abs.
